    Comfortable house, ideal base for visiting the area

    Clear information from hosts before arrival and in the house, making appliances very easy to use. Great location, a short walk from the centre on a quiet road with off-street parking. House was clean, comfortable and relaxing to be in with a pleasant small garden. Very good lighting in all rooms so that we could see to read books (rather than screens). Shower is easy to use. WC on ground floor as a bonus. Lots of interesting and attractive places within a short drive or bus/train journey.

    Stairs are steep and quite narrow but we knew this in advance and they were manageable.
