The hiking to the Summit up the mountain was a bit difficult but was worth it. The view was amazing.
I absolutely loved my stay at Wild Horizon Retreat! From the moment I arrived, I felt a sense of peace and connection with nature. I fell in love with the cottage I was assigned, the beautiful natural surroundings, and the breathtaking views, especially at night. There was something so special about the tranquillity of the entire farm. I loved every bit of it! It was the perfect place to slow down, unwind, and simply appreciate the beauty of nature. I left feeling refreshed and grateful for such a lovely experience. I would definitely love to return! Thank you Wandile, you are the best Host. Thank you Sifiso, you're wonderful tour guide. I wouldn't make the hike to the Summit if it weren't for you.
I didn't see much of the animals.

THE LOCATION IS A BIT FAR BUT VERY GOOD FOR ROAD TRIP WE LOVED EVERYTHING THAT WAS THERE. WE HAD OUR PEACE

Geweldig verblijf in ‘the middle of nowhere’.
De ligging van ons huisje met zo’n view wakker worden! De hosts zijn ook zeer begaan met je reis en informeren je goed en op tijd.
Geen internetbereik maar dat is ook wel eens heerlijk! Time to relax en één te zijn met de natuur.

Calme (seuls sur le site pour notre nuit) Vue (hébergement sur un promontoire avec magnifique vue tout azimut) Piscine (très fraiche en ce début août, mais très agréable) Tennis (bien que passablement amorti) Accueil (personnel très sympathique)
Juste savoir que le calme et la vue se méritent : une dizaine de km de gravel road assez costaude (que nous avons malgré tout pu parcourir sans encombre avec notre T5 VW)
