My first and last stay at Wild Dunes Resort!

    Nice, clean room.

Valet parking only at $35 a day. I paid for my room in advance then paid $39.56 upon check out for 1 night of parking and fees. The next day an additional $28.88 was charged to my credit card. I called 3 times and was transferred from person to person and got no answer as to what the extra charge was. The third time I called I was transferred and told to leave a message then they hung up on me. Very unprofessional customer service.

Very convenient location and everything is right on hand.

We were booked into the boardwalk, the place needs some cosmetic repair and if children aren’t allowed in the majority of areas of that hotel then don’t book families there. The swimming pool and the restaurant were not a friendly about kids being there because it was adult only. This is not clear as you exit the building.
