Practical and useful for very short stays.
We liked having a washing machine so we could catch up on laundry. The shops so nearby were very convenient, as was proximity to main roads.
No place to hang wet clothes. Main bedroom too small to be useful (cannot access cupboards or walk around the bed, and it felt stuffy). Couldn’t open any blinds as all windows face public areas so no privacy.
