    Always a good stay but getting pricey…£200 a night is London prices and not what you would expect in Llangollen.

    Will definitely be returning

    Excellent stay, staff were welcoming and had a beautiful layout in the bed with swan towels for our anniversary ❤️

    Really enjoyed our stay it was a very much needed break .

    Good menu choice, buffet was well stocked. Very friendly staff. Food was well cooked and hot when it arrived at the table portion size was good .

    Would have liked the tea coffee replenished in the room automatically each day . Had to ask at reception they were always very accommodating but it would have been nice to have them there .

    We didn’t!

    Nothing, they are heartless people wrapped up in their corporate world.

    Management and corporate staff, they have no feeling or empathy for the local people who, for the greater good, give up their time to make Llangollen great. All these people want is your money, and more ot your money… relentless money seekers.
