  Tired, but convenient for excel

  Very convenient for excel. Large living space

  Requested 2 cots as we are travelling with twin babies - NO cots were provided. We had to disturb another guest to get a cot and we were then informed by staff that they don’t provide bedding for the cots?!? The Blinds in bedroom were broken so had to place towels/blankets over the windows. Apartment too hot - not much ventilation/AC. Toilet roll holder and tiles missing off wall. Plant pot full of cigarette butts on the balcony from previous guests. Just generally a very tired apartment but could have great potential. Also don’t like £50/£500 deposit policy or key collection from a local very busy shop.

  It was a big apartment, with lots of space, good for public transport

  The picking up of the keys at the shop was out the way- the spiral stairs inside the house are all broken very rickety and unsteady- the banister was coming apart and is a hazard for holding as it clamps the skin of the hands over it- there was bags of washing under the stairs from previous geusts, there was a dirty towel left in the room with the balcony, there was a massive bit of marble missing out of the table and it was all cracked- the washing machine was totally broken wouldn't spin so wouldn't clean, the oven was stinking we opened it to make some breakfast and could shut it quicker the smell was revolving needs a good clean- there was burn and iron marks in the rooms on the 2nd floor carpets, the house is very very hot and the windows aren't great the top room was unbearable with the heat and there was only one fan for the house- the banistar on the 2nd spiral staircase was also really rickety too

  Perfect and pleasant for large families and groups

  The place is in a great location next to Custom House. Easily spacious for us a family of 6. Host was super communicative. I was worried about few reviews before booking but reached out to host and received full assurance it will be like the pictures and indeed no issues. Highly recommend and will repeat the visit

  Literally was only worried it would not be clean or like the pictures. All turned out to be fine in the end with zero issues

  Espacioso pero sucio

  Está muy bien ubicado. El apartamento tuvo que ser precioso cuando estuvo nuevo y limpio. Cabiamos perfectamente las 10 personas que nos alojamos en él. Habitaciones amplias y salón-comedor amplio con una mesa para hasta 12 personas.

  Las escaleras eran incómodas , mucho más la que sube desde la segunda planta a la tercera. Está viejo y sucio. Las fotos que aparecen en el anuncio deben ser de cuando era nuevo o están retocadas con IA. Un armario de la cocina incluso está quemado y cayéndose. Los utensilios de cocina estaban sucios también, tuvimos que poner el lavaplatos antes de usarlos. La moqueta tenía pelos y pelusas enormes. Colgadas de algunas puertas aún había toallas usadas. Las persianas están rotas y no se cierran por lo que a las 5 de la madrugada se hace de día dentro de la habitación. Escribí al alojamiento varias horas antes de nuestra llegada y tuve que volver a hacerlo al llegar, pues no recibí respuesta.
