    Perfect location for what we wanted, beach, sea, dog walks and Rye. 4 of us and three small dogs, the property was great for this in terms of space.

    Only downside, no enclosed outdoor space to let dogs out at night, not a big deal, but always good if available

    The location was spectacular, especially for little kiddies as the walk to the beach was ever so easy. We loved the layout of the house and the main bedroom was wonderful. The kitchen had absolutely everything you needed too. We arranged for sainsburys to deliver to us so we had no issues with requiring a supermarket, although Jempsons was a short drive away if we wanted it. We had easy access to Hastings to the West and Ashford to the East, Rye is literally on your doorstep. Everything was comfortable. The cinema room was a gem, and used everyday.

    The ants on the first floor, they were everywhere, even in the kettle. We bought some powder and then that was that never to be seen. The upstairs bedroom was too warm even with the fan. We were not able to use the cinema for a day whilst we realised that it wasn't working however the hosts were great at helping us out and sorting it out. There were three key lock combinations but only two were mentioned in the notes, and talking of notes for a non techie person like me and my husband, rather than naming the machine by what it is, eg amplifier, perhaps the brand name is easier or number the re.otes 1, 2 3 etc. Otherwise, perfect.
