  Overpriced and contains false advertisement

  We stayed in the appartement Romantik. It was very spacious, clean and had a very nice decor. The host/owner Jeannine was welcoming and helped us find a very nice restraurant in the area. The kitchen had some homemade marmalade and cookies. And there were beers in the frindge.

  1) The property is advertized as having "Spa facilities" ( look at the Facilities Spa section and the photos on the property page ) and there is only one type of appartement you can reserve at the time of the writing - the "Three-Bedroom Apartment". In this specific apparatement's photos you can also see Spa advertised and a picture of some kind of bath with a couch. So one would expect some kind of Spa facilities. Well there are NO Spa facilities, neither in the appartement nor at the farm/location as a whole. Nothing. Except a massage session, done by Jeannine herself, that you can book with her. Very disappointing. 2) The appartement booking itself has Microwave in its facilities. Microwave is the most basic thing you would expect in the kitchen in even the cheapest rental property. There was no Microwave. We had to eat our food cold, because there was no microwave and the only pans in the kitchen were old Teflon pans which would be a health hazard to cook with. 3) A small but quite ridiculous thing, if you want to use the washing machine you have to pay 8 euro per washing. This is just ridiculously cheap, money grabbing and absurd considering the fact that the property is already overpriced. 4) The WIFI connection is bad. It is very slow. 5) There was some sigarette smell in the living room. 6) The appartement booking says: "Included in this rate - Bottle of champagne - Receive one bottle of champagne per stay." When I asked Jeannine about it, she pointed to a bottle of champagne you can pay for in the kitchen. We did not really need champange to be honest, but why advertise something that is not true. Sounds very cheap. 7) The checkout rules are ones of the most unreasonable and demanding of the ones I saw previously, even more strict than in the cheapest glamping. On top of folding the sheets, throwing all the garbage, washing the dishes and putting them all in place, you are asked to sweep the floor. This is absurd.

  Erg fijn verblijf met hartelijke ontvangst

  Erg vriendelijke gastvrouw, hartelijke ontvangst. We werden in alles voorzien en het appartement was heerlijk ruim.
