    Frightening

    Terrible experience. Paying 50k plus night for this property was a crime. The property was nothing great in itself but what was the most disappointing feature - the service. We were served lousy food and that was served cold despite having 3 people in the kitchen and a microwave. I was told that the they did not have coffee when we asked for it in the morning but were charged coffee as per raw material list handed to us. What really did it for us - the caretaker Kiran (white shirt) and Ramesh (red shirt guy) closed the main door and didnt let us leave when they said one of the pool balls was missing and we need to find it. 7 men surrounded our car and closed the main door calling it “protocol”. With 2 women and 2 kids in the car , this felt the unsafest time. I felt i just burned up my cash staying at this property. Stay vista should look at quality of the experiences - i had one of the most horrible hospitality experiences of my life .
