  Strada chiusa dalle 18 alle 7. Attenzione!

  Vicino alle Cango Caves. La struttura di per sé è carina, e sembra che facciano molte attività per le famiglie. Spero che le nostre segnalazioni siano viste come uno spunto di riflessione per un miglioramento.

  Abbiamo indicato il check-in alle 18-19 e ci era stato accordato. Tuttavia l'unica strada per raggiungere la struttura da Oudtshoorn, a causa di eventi naturali di alcuni mesi fa, ha una sola strada a flusso alternato e viene chiusa dalle 18 alle 7 di ogni giorno. Questa informazione non ci è mai stata data, nonostante abbiano inviato numerose comunicazioni riguardo al check-in. Per fortuna noi siamo passati da quella strada alle 16, anziché alle 18 come previsto, perché avevamo deciso all'ultimo momento di andare alle Cango Caves quel pomeriggio, anziché l'indomani mattino. Le Cango Caves si trovano oltre il blocco stradale e oltre la struttura per il pernottamento, quindi alla fine della visita siamo ritornati indietro alla struttura, evitando la chiusura della strada, chiusa dalle 18 alle 7 del giorno dopo. Tuttavia troviamo molto grave che la struttura non ci abbia avvisato di questa informazione essenziale per raggiungere la struttura. Cosa sarebbe successo se non fossimo riusciti ad arrivare in struttura? Che responsabilità si sarebbe presa la struttura? È responsabilità della struttura informare nel profilo su Booking se ci sono regole o impedimenti per raggiungere la struttura, particolarmente se la strada è una sola. Addirittura ha approvato il nostro check-in alle 18-19 senza curarsi di avvisarci. Se fossimo arrivati in quella strada alle 18 come avevamo inizialmente previsto, ci saremmo trovati lì con una strada chiusa senza possibilità di raggiungere la struttura. Inoltre volevamo ripartire alle 6 di mattina, ma abbiamo dovuto aspettare le 7 perché la strada era chiusa. Questa mancanza di informazioni da parte della struttura è molto grave. Per il check-in non abbiamo incontrato nessuno in quanto era un check-in autonomo (la reception chiude alle 17 e quindi ci aveva lasciato le chiavi in stanza). Ho comunque scritto in chat alla struttura per quanto riguarda questa strada chiusa e per sapere quando riapriva il giorno dopo.

  Het personeel was erg vriendelijk en denkt goed met je mee. De faciliteiten zijn erg leuk, met name voor jonge gezinnen.

  Loads of activities, friendly staff, great location!

  Our property had an undercover braai area, where we kuier every night and reminisced about all the activities we did for the day! All the off site activities are close by, Cango Caves less then a 5min drive and the ostrich farms as well as the wild park was great experiences. Even I did the adventure tour in the caves! The animal farm, donkey and camel rides, the pool and slippery slides, even though it was raining, very affordable activities on the property no need to drive our if you have done the off property activities, watching the kids was so much fun! The food at the restaurant was great and the burger special affordable to feed a big hungry group. There is something to do for young and old!
