    Great place for a short stay or as a base for exploring Lancaster.

    Emailed check in details in the morning well in advance of arrival. Everything was as described. Large modern kitchen which was great for communal breakfasts. Cosy sitting room with flat screen TV. Flat screen TV in all rooms. Double blinds to keep out light in the bedroom to aid sleeping. Basic small bathroom with hot power shower. Master bedroom has access to the balcony which is a nice touch. Comfortable beds. Everything was well maintained and spotlessly clean. Parking for one car. Just a really pleasant, comfortable place to stay. Would definitely stay here again.

    The only small negative was that the lock on the bathroom door didn't work.

    Great facilities and location. Easy to find and parking included. Would e happy to stay again if the issues mentioned are dealt with.

    Tried to contact host prior to visit via message email and phone call but no replies from any of them. Dirty pots in the dishwasher and child's sock found on floor next to sofa, obviously not hoovered. Access information asked us to strip the beds but messages in each room asking us not to. Hope the beds do get changed between bookings.
