    Very clean, great location and very good value for money.

    Stairs to upper level curved and exposed to Wellington’s inclement weather.

    Great for the price.

    Its spacious, has a full kitchen and each apartment has a small outside space. The location is great. So close to everything. Noise levels were good for the city.

    It could have been a little cleaner. The light fittings are full of dust for example. The sofa and armchairs aren't the most comfortable but can suffice. The coffee table was a tad wobbly too. We have stayed before and that apartment was a little less tired looking.
