Comfortable farm setting close to Sandringham
V comfy large bed . Peaceful setting , large upper room . Good attentive owners . Nice breakfasts
Bedroom was 2 floors up , so ok if you’re fit and able Bathroom was a bit dark , extra lighting needed for shaving and applying makeup

Outstanding hosts with accommodation great for families and individuals who love animals!
Where do I start? Liz and Neil were exceptional hosts making us feel very at home and welcome, and great with our children.On arrival the fridge in our room was stocked with fresh milk and plenty of bottled water for all of us and our room refreshments were topped up daily. The beds were all very comfortable and provided us all with a great night's sleep. The farm here was amazing and very well looked after. There were alpacas, donkeys, horses, ponies, sheep, cows and pigs which we were able to explore with the children whenever we wanted and Neil even let the children feed the animals each day of our stay. The breakfast prepared and served by Liz and Neil was restaurant quality with plenty of breakfast options to choose from, and our children particularly enjoyed being able to choose their own breakfast with Liz the day before. We cannot wait to come back!

Perfect stay, very comfortable, and we loved exploring the farm.
Excellent stay with my wife and two children. We were welcomed like family, and provided everything that we needed. The family room was large with plenty of space for the 4 of us. The beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious, with a very elegant roll top bath and a walk in shower. We were given free reign of the farm which the children loved, and also had a morning feeding the animals with Neil, who was an excellent guide to the farm and was great with the children. Breakfast in the mornings was very nice, and there was a wide choice, they also catered for my daughter who is Gluten free.
Nothing to comment on, we had a great time.

Amazing, would go again
Everything, hosts were great, animals were great, clean, tidy, helpful, friendly, breakfast was great. Hosts stayed up to help us when the road was closed.

Restful time with welcoming hosts, would definitely recommend to friends.
Lovely farm house with use of great facilities. A good size room, with en suite, sitting area & fridge. Welcoming hosts. Generous breakfast. Lovely farm with woodland area which we were welcome to wander & meet the delightful animals.
Initial signage from the road was a little easy to miss, drove passed the first time.
