Good location, at a reasonable price and it was comfortable to stay there. The shower was very hot. The staff were very helpful and the one guy stayed on for us as we were late arriving due to flight delays.

We wouldn’t book here again if in the area, but the people staffing the hotel, particularly the Breakfast Chef and staff
Location, staff team members ( especially the amazing gent taking breakfast orders!) the breakfast was totally delicious and highlight of our stay. We loved meeting the coach people who were there for a week before we came.
Bedrooms are and shower areas are really for single use. Disappointed, as the name Willowbank Hotel, sounds so lovely.

Staff all absolutely lovely. Room was huge.
All a bit tired looking but as expected for it's character Breakfast very basic , no fruit or healthy options.

The location and the size of the room
I couldn't get a shower couldn't get the temperature just right it goes either too warm or too cold
