Exceptional experience
Room and staff were great! the Fireside lounge Bar was great food was excellent and staff extremely friendly. Although not part of the Hotel the Herb Farm Restaurant on the property was a once and lifetime experience that should be tried. Reservations need to be made well in-advance the whole experience is well worth it.

NO VALUE FOR THE PRICE THEY CHARGE- DO NOT CATER TO ADA AT ALL
The location was perfect for CSM concert It’s unfortunate that WILLOWS LODGE Price for a room with tax $600 for one night, especially on a concert night is price gouging, while I was staying there, I got online and it was cheaper to book 2 days before the event on Sun 8/9/26… Besides the pricing, what the hell it doesn’t say anything about no elevator in trying to lug suitcases up staircases is unbelievable understand the nostalgic and how old Willow Lodge recovering get with the times and people have disabilities. How do you manage that? So I’m over 65 with a disability and I had to call Hurst- people to help me get my suitcases up the staircase as you know, there’s no hotel rooms on the main floor. The grounds are gorgeous. The spa looked wonderful, however being in the concierge arena for many years, and I have signed up many clients to come to WILLOWS launch, and never visited myself., I would not refer any of my colleagues, patients clients or family members to your hotel…. Lastly, I left a message for the brand new general manager Robel after talking w front desk gal Lona, Very helpful she gave me the information. I left a message for him and no return call at all. It’s two weeks into the job And no courtesy call back to his gas specially, after a complaint. So in essence, paying $600 for one night stay could’ve paid that for a five star resort on the water for one night just wasn’t worth the value plus I will report to the ADA that you do not have an elevator for disabled guest. thank you but not really cuz I brought a group their friends, and they really liked it but their complaint was the same to BARKING 🐸 FROG was the best thing ever cross the way the restaurant
SEE ABOVE NO ELEVATOR - to take up luggage to room, I’m over 65 w mobility challenges! WHERES YOUR ADA PILICY FOR YOUR GUEST SO THEY ARE forced to do acts that may/could injury your guest w no elevator HIGH PRICE $600 on a Sun night stay 8/9 When Fri before it was $425 plus tax Wtf
