A convenient place to stay
Can apartment, excellent to have parking and ideal location for our stay
it would be really helpful to gave some simple guidance for turning the heating on. There were no instructions and the host was unable to help over the phone. We did get it working for an hour each evening, but only by lots of trial and error. Could do with a new duvet for the sofa bed as had a big rip

The apartment is located in the heart of the city, with the major advantage of a dedicated private parking space. It is beautifully designed and equipped with high-quality amenities that go above standard expectations. Special mention goes to the bed, which was very comfortable, as well as the high-grade soaps provided.
We had arranged for a late check-in, which was approved with a prior warning that live support would not be available after regular hours. Unfortunately, upon arriving around 23:00, we encountered an issue with the lock on the main building door where the key wouldn't go in, which left us stranded outside on the street for the entire night as we were unable to reach the host at 23:00. We tried contacting a neighbor via the intercom, but he was unhelpful and refused to press the button to unlock the main door, stating that it was late and not his apartment. Around 04:00 AM, the host got back to us, and following a brief messaging exchange, her final response was: "I'm sorry but due to the time I'm unable to offer any kind of support.. Unless the lock has failed there is no reason you can't access the apartment I'll be in touch at a better time." Ultimately, we managed to access the apartment ourselves around 08:00 AM after Gemini diagnosed the fault with the lock and guided us on how to clear the blockage. In fairness, we should mention that we were indeed warned in advance about the lack of late-night support, and we chose to take the risk.. Despite the considerable distress of spending the night outside, the apartment itself was kept to standards well above expectations. Furthermore, the following day the host promised to bring in a locksmith to ensure the lock would not jam again.
