    Comfortable house with good layout and facilities. Good parking onsite, and close to 1 of the Park and Ride car parks.

    Overall a good stay

    Great location, close the the city center. Quiet road. Nice and private and good size accommodation.

    The property is a lil tired inside and the bathroom felt cold and smelt a lil damp. Overall was great but could do with a lil update.

    Good location & that's about it

    Absolutely ridiculous, I stayed from Sunday - Wednesday and had NO hot water the entire time! I emailed, messaged on booking.com, tried to call (went to voicemail), text and had no response from the owner. The shower was absolutely freezing! The day before I left a neighbour came and said the owner had been in touch with her, and said that the maintenence guy was there a week prior as the hot water wasn't working then either. She explained she could give me a bucket of hot water... what a joke. The place wasn't clean. I had to rewashed the towels. Overall the place need a serious upgrade and doesn't look like the photos. There was dust everywhere, floor board in the entrance way missing & has a massive gap (trip hazzard). Walls need a massive clean. Wifi was rubbish and kept dropping off. The windows/paneling next to the front door looks like it's going to fall out. Cold, even though it was winter. Smelt like damp. Absolutely disgusted that the owner didn't get in touch to sort the water. Do not bother staying here. I have asked for a partial refund, however, haven't any response - classic!
