    Extremely Disappointing Stay — Definitely Not Worth the Price

    Only Mt Kinabalu view

    Honestly, one of the worst stays I’ve experienced. The facilities were poor, the room was small and unbearably hot, and the tiny mini fan provided did almost nothing. There was no TV, and the internet was painfully slow. The breakfast was another major disappointment — the taste was terrible, and the food seemed to have been reheated from the previous day. The hot water was also extremely unreliable, with periods where there was no hot water at all. The location was inconvenient, the overall facilities were disappointing, and the condition of the room simply did not justify the price. For what you pay, you would expect a much more comfortable and decent experience. Absolutely not worth the money. I would strongly recommend avoiding this place and staying somewhere else.
