    The soaking tub & fieldstone fireplace...views & deck were an added bonus!

    Perfect mountain stay in Vermont!

    Everything!!! It is such a lovely place, with a huge yard! Also we love that is pet friendly. We stayed in two rooms kind and queen, pretty comfortable and with a nice chimney. Honestly the best! Plus the front desk manager was so nice and helpful!

    La propiedad excelente,el hotel anexo decepcionante.

    La propiedad muy bien ubicada.Llegamos y el hotel se incendió hace años.Habilitaron un anexo sin recepcionista.Debimos llamar a un celular por la llave de la habitación. Apareció una persona que nos ayudó a llevar las maletas por dos pisos inclinada.Luego desapareció.A la noche estuvimos solos y al día siguiente tuvimos que bajar solos las maletas.

    No se puede vender habitaciones de un anexo con cuatro estrellas,sin recepcionista,personal de seguridad nocturno ni restaurante para cena y desayuno.

    Wonderful historic building in a beautiful setting that is a work in progress.

    My room was spacious and spotless, nice decor and atmosphere. The setting of the hotel is beautiful. The building itself felt historic. Communication from the property was good.

    Difficult to find! Signage needed down on the main road and on Lawrence Rd. The 3 people that I asked in Townshend had never heard of it. My room was clean but hallways in need of sprucing up, new carpet. I was told the fireplace didn’t work, and my door out to the old wooden fire escape was sealed shut. I failed to read the email about the breakfast coupons but I wish Jason had told me about them. Jason was polite but not necessarily welcoming. The hotel is a work in progress-some unused rooms with junk, peeling paint, etc. I liked the place but it’s needs more improvement to bill it as fully functioning.
