Unsure why this hotel has any good reviews

    Nothing

No hot breakfast , out off food and juice with no other options or items available. Room was dirty bathroom didn’t look clean with splatter on mirror and sink, toilet paper and stains in toilet , dirty looking stained towels. Stains on sheets and nasty looking chairs in room. Changed room and was barely better than the first room. Had to use a phone to call to get someone to come to the front desks and signs held up with bandaids.

    Very disappointed

    Breakfast was good

The room smelled musty, had to have light bulbs changed due to flickering, shampoo and lotion bottles were half used, the pool was unusable due to it being filthy, the entire pool area looked like a storage area

Enjoyed the breakfast and clean room. Very friendly staff!!

Check in at 3pm, room wasn't ready and had to be someplace at 4pm ....30 miles away. We did make it but rushed.
