Please note that the hotel offers a FREE Shuttle Bus service on a first-come, first-served basis. You can enjoy: • City-center 2 route (9:00 & 17:00 daily): Bến Thành Market, Noter Dame Cathedral, Nguyen Hue Boulevard stop points. The bus departs hourly from the hotel and drops by tourist attractions. The bus routine is attached for your reference. Time may vary pending traffic or road closures. Please be informed that as part of our regular safety and maintenance work we are cleaning the entire exterior surface of the building. We will be commencing work on November 03rd and plan to finish the project on November 20th, 2025. Daily work will take place between 8:00am to 18:00, except the bad weather days (rainy, windy, stormy...). Method of work: rope access and scaffolding.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.     My Go-To Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City

    This was my third stay at the hotel, and once again it did not disappoint. The service is consistently excellent, and the staff are friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Our room was large, comfortable, and well-appointed, making it a great place to relax after a day exploring Ho Chi Minh City. The location is excellent, with plenty to see and do nearby, and taxis are readily available right outside the hotel. The pool and hot tubs are a real highlight, offering amazing views across the city skyline. We also enjoyed access to the sauna and steam room, which added to the overall experience. A special mention goes to the door staff and the gym team, who were particularly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The facilities, views, and service are why this remains my go-to hotel whenever I visit HCM.

    The only minor downside was that staff frequently encouraged us to scan QR codes and leave reviews during our stay. While I understand the importance of guest feedback, I think it would be better to invite guests to leave a review after check-out rather than during their visit. Aside from this small point, we had a very enjoyable stay and would happily return.
