Brief...
Host was a nice and welcoming man and we were able to check in immediately on arriving. House was situated in a nice area, quiet road.
Room v small, not alot of space...bed quite small for 2 adults, bathroom v small. Not enough sockets in room. Overpriced at 147.25e for one night as no breakfast included. More like 7mins walk into town centre and not the 3min walk advertised. Discovered afterwards that I could've booked a hotel in city centre for just a few euros extra. Also, check out time of 11am next day was too early... should've been 12am anyway like most other places and if you requested to stay in room an hour extra it incurred an extra 20e which I thought was alot TBH.

Once we found the location it was so conveniently located to everything. Has common areas to enjoy outside of the room. Frank was a wonderful host. We would stay here again
