    Great location and easy stay.

    The apartment was in a perfect central location, with an easy walk to everything in Florence's city center. Check-in was simple thanks to the contactless entry, so there was no waiting around. Communication with the host was great from start to finish. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Florence.

    Nice location.

    The location of the property is very good, close to the centre and easy to get around. The apartment is in a beautiful old building that adds to the experience.

    I know it has been mentioned that you go through one of the bedrooms to get to the bathroom, which in my opinion, is only good for a family with young children otherwise great for a couple. Kitchen is a bit outdated and not well stocked. A little bit of more information on the apartment such as the bin recycling or how to operate the washing machine might be useful.

    Lovely little apartment met all expectations, clean and owners very helpful and easy to communicate.

    We struggled with getting the codes for the doors but the owner answered quickly on booking.com messages. Also on the intercom outside the apartment. Very helpful.

    Could have done with new pillows as they were slightly lumpy but overall comfy beds. Also could have done with new towels. They were perfectly clean but just looked like they could do with replacing. No big deal!!

    Great stay in a safe, quiet street well located for exploring Florence

    Great Location, quiet, clean, very welcoming, very helpful and responsive hosts

    The air con in the main bedroom isn’t as good as the rest of the property so it was a little hot. There was an additional fan provided. Bathroom only accessible through second bedroom but we knew about this when booking.
