    I arrived in West Virginia my hotel had been abandoned.

    The place was closed and no one called me. Completely shut down. My booking was confirmed up to the day I got there so I have no idea. I have no hotel when I got to West Virginia

    Hotel was closed and no one told me.

    Nothing, absolutely nothing. Why? Because the hotel was CLOSED !!!

    EVERYTHING! I got the hotel and there was a printed paper taped to the sliding glass doors that said the hotel was closed. No one called, texted, emailed, NOTHING! I called the hotel and they said it's been closed for a couple of days and because I booked through a 3rd party, it was up to that 3rd party to inform me. What did Booking.com do? NOTHING!!! They were more than happy and quick to charge my credit card, but when it came time for my stay, I get an AI chat room that can't help and I have to wait over 30 minutes to talk to someone. So far, booking.com and the hotel have done nothing for me to try to make amends.
