Clean rooms, friendly staff, but the hotel is under renovations
The staff was very friendly and super apologetic about the condition of the hotel. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable.
They had a flood back in July, everything on the bottom floor was ruined and they are still in the process of cleaning in order to fix it up. The pool and gym were not available, which was fine with us, there was no breakfast, there were no rooms on the first floor, and the elevators did not work. We had to carry our suitcases and our bags up two flights of steps. No one ever called us to let us know the condition of the hotel ahead of time. They did apologize that no one called us, but it definitely would have been good to know the condition of the hotel ahead of our arrival. If someone is handicapped and can't do steps, or if you were hoping for a free breakfast they promised, you would be disappointed.

Booking needs to take better care of keeping these hotel listings up to date as we had reserved this room weeks in advance , yet once we arrived the hotels was going through a massive upgrade. Paint on the floors, walls without paint the staircase was dirty and uncovered and flimby. Worst of all when we arrived the clerk informed us that the 1st floor was flooded and our room would be on the 3rd floor. However the elevator was not working. The wife and I could hardly make up the steeps. The clerk kept insisting we cancel our stay, but we had no where else to go that night. Although the beds were comfortable and we had a warm shower.. getting to the room was the biggest challenge and the night clark had a very bad attitude.

Would never have made this reservation if I had known the condition of the hotel.
Flood renovations meant there was no elevator, no breakfast, no pool, without any compensation for these problems.

Place was flooded, I booked months ahead no one called to notify that hotel was flooded, due to flooding no breakfast was provided and no discount was given!
