    Everything was miscommunicated and problematic. The worst hotel experience I can remember.

    Needed 1 night layover from MIA I spoke with agent quoted $163 and last shuttle was at 8:30 PM. I had to yell for shuttle to stop then at check-in was told $236. It took 1.5 hours to reconcile so I had a room.
