The location was acceptable, but not "Chelsea." The Garment District is not Chelsea, as it is billed. As a Wyndham member, I am disappointed in what I thought was a reputation.
The room was CRAMPED, barely acceptable. Photos were deceiving. There should absolutely be access to the bedside, including table and lamps for BOTH sides of the bed; no shelf in the bathroom, etc

Dream stay in New York in the best located hotel!
Our room was super comfortable and the pillows and the bedding were amazing. The staff was always kind and available. We were also able to leave our suitcases at reception on our last day so that we could keep exploring the city. The best part was the location! I wasn’t expecting it to be in a such strategic position, right next to 5th avenue and the Empire State Building but yet in a quiet street. 10/10, would definitely recommend to everyone and would love to go back and maybe stay on a higher floor for a better view.
