    Short stay. Facilities were all I needed and had a great nights sleep.

    Perfect for a short stay (Oakham is a small town that can be easily covered in a day).

    Breakfast is served in the room which is accessed round the back of the house. The room with en suite is clean, comfortable and quiet. The house is about 10-15 minutes walk from the town centre on a quiet suburban street.

    The phone signal (which admittedly isn't the hosts' fault) was too weak to send texts. I had to go out into the garden.

    When submitting a review, I take four factors into consideration; i) cleanliness, ii) location, iii) helpfulness of owners & iv) value for money. All of these factors get top marks from me. In addition, a really lovely breakfast is provided. I would definitely stay here again

    Excellent in every way couldn’t fault my stay

    The hosting was excellent, very personable and welcoming. Breakfast was an excellent trolley of cereals, breads, yoghurts, fruit juice and fruits.
