    Nice and tidy accommodation 15 minutes walk from Co-op arena, bed was comfy and main bedroom was clean and tidy. See ima

    The bathroom and kitchen were very clean m, the host, Simon was really nice and very responsive to messages. This accommodation was perfect for proximity to Co-op Arena (walk back took approximately 15 minutes) Accommodation was good as it had 3 double beds and was priced reasonably. I would definitely stay again for events at Co-op arena

    Everything was as expected or better for the price we paid to stay, no complaints at all

    The localisation was perfect, we came for the Manchester City game, it was so close to stadium, also to Asda and McDonald’s.

    Not somewhere I’d stay again - too unclean and smelly.

    Close to Etihad stadium and spacious. This is a 3 bed house which is unclear from the listing.

    The smell of wet dog hits you instantly as you walk through the front door. The place was very unclean, there were big strings of dust hanging from the radiators, dust all around the property, on the bedside tables, in the living room etc. I needed an invoice from the owner and they failed to respond to booking.com customer service and ignored my message to his phone number which he had previously contacted me on. Also we used the front door to gain access in and out of the property and when we returned from our gig, the back door was unlocked. Non of our party had used the back door so we felt a little unsafe.
