A damage deposit of AUD 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. The legal guardian must provide a current photo ID or proof of guardianship if requested upon check-in. This credit card must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation. The maximum occupancy for each apartment is 4. The number of guests cannot exceed the number stated on the reservation. Guests who are unable to meet these requirements will not be granted access. A deposit may be required at the property.
