    Ilona, the person who helped manage the property was a star. She very kindly allowed us to check in as soon as we arrived. Ilona replied promptly to any questions we had about the property and solved a few issues for us like the water shortage or lack of spare set of keys. Thank you so much, we are very grateful for all your help and your kindness.

    The cleanliness and general maintanence of the property however let it down massively. We found stains on the duvet covers, hairs on the bed sheets, holes in the towels, TOE NAILS on the main bedroom rug, black dust inside the wardrobes, greasy chopping boards which clearly had been put away in a drawer without cleaning first, balcony windows covered in stains. A toilet brush which had just been left on the floor with no holder leaning against the wall constantly touching the floor. The property needs a regular general thorough clean/desinfection after each guest. Just replacing towels and bedsheets before each guest is not good enough.
