    Suited our purpose for a couple of days

    Was very sweet, well equipped with what we needed for a couple of days. Plus good parking. A good location for walks, and you can get into Eastbourne easily.

    The gardens are lovely but the road noise is very loud, and it’s a fast busy road. Luckily it didn’t upset our sleep as the weather was very hot and we had the fan on all night which masked any road noise.

    Would stay again if in the area.

    Location and local pub. Simple and east facilities and host was great.

    I think there was a blocked loo pipe as the water took a while to go down.

    Very nice stay for a walking break

    The location was very good for getting to our planned activities

    Directions to the entrance to the location could have been better. The bus shelter referred to has been removed (but there is one on the other side of the A27 close to where Google maps wrongly takes you). The instructions need to be improved to at least say which side of the road
