Nicely presented rooms and bar/dining area, charming and very enthusiastic staff. Car needed.
Breakfast was fine
Breakfast only available from 9.00 - from 8.30 would have helped. In room shower was v poor as it only had the big shower head up in the top of the shower area, it really does need the customary hand held shower head as it is not easy to rinse off all the shower gel with only the spray from the aforesaid showerhead above. No in shower non slip mat available, not a problem for us but more elderly people I am sure would be expecting this.

Helpful staff, easy access to countryside and coast.
Needs some TLC, pots of dead box on the patio, no milk for tea in the room, to not working.

Comfortable for a short stay
Location and a comfortable room. Food was also good in the restaurant/bar
Noticed the air extract in the bathroom looked like it had months of dust built up around it. It was an indication on details and thoroughness to be wary of

Quirky....... lovely building ... good location if you like walking or driving
Too quiet. Staff not always available. Food just above average. A unique location but acquired taste i suggest. Beer choices not great.
