Wizards Thatch does accept non-crawling babies and children older than 5 years old. Travel cribs for babies are not provided directly by Wizards Thatch, so guests should bring their own. Dogs are permitted ONLY by direct approval from the owner. Please note that due to the age and nature of the property there are uneven floors, narrow stairs and some very low beams, especially in the bathroom. Door heights are also low. Due to the huge amount of old timbers, no candles are permitted. Check-in after 7 pm is available upon prior arrangement only. Guests are asked to contact the property by phone to arrange this.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.

    Quirky but fantastic

    We have stayed before it’s like staying in your favourite antique shop. We had a incredibly comfortable for poster bed. We arrived late and left early because of work but the seating area is fantastic in the suite that we had. Great value for money and thoroughly recommended

    Magical stay!

    Such a beautiful and magical stay in the Camelot, our first time to Wizards Thatch and we just loved it. All the details and decorative items were incredible. Super clean and comfortable. Lovely bathroom with towels and toiletries provided. Coffee, tea and hot chocolate station, biscuits too. Milk and water in the fridge. Really thoughtful.

    Nothing, just that we wished we could have stayed longer. Will be back though

    Perfect quirky stay

    The most perfect quirkiest stay ever, there isn't anything like it. Great facilities and clean, literally 30 seconds walk to all the bars and restaurants in alderley edge. Will be returning

    Owner was friendly and helpful, location is very convenient, off street parking, quirky features added to the pleasure of staying there
