    Disappointed

    Nothing.

    We are two senior persons and they put us up on their third floor climbing narrow staircase. They were unable to change the room. My wife struggle to climb the staircase and she would not come down for fear of having to climb again. So whole day she could not go anywhere. The roller blind on the window was flimsy so 6.30am+ light stream in and we cannot sleep. Hotel was near train station so sound of train travel can be heard. The room door rattles every now and then due to I guess some movement.

    Vey calming and very comfortable.

    The location in Hudson was good and the town is a great place to visit. The hotel has a lovely style and great ambience, with good in-room facilities and nice touches.

    Having to go outside to go into the different buildings is mildly inconvenient and outweighed by the style and authenticity of repurposing vintage buildings.

    Excellent stay... but they never supplied the extra cot bed which they wrote they had.

    Great property very near the train station and heart of downtown Hudson. We had a 2 room suite which was perfect for our family. Rooms and beds were very comfortable. Curtains weren’t blackout but still made the room very dark.

    Thermostat wasn’t incredibly intuitive. A simple user manual could help.
