    Sehr netter, verbindlicher und kompetenter Kontakt, alles lief bestens. Die Ausstattung ist phänomenal, hier ist wirklich Wohlfühlen angesagt. Sehr hell und freundlich, sauber, alles neu, ordentlich, schön. Tatsächlich so, wie auf den Fotos präsentiert. Und obwohl es draußen heiß war, blieb die Wohnung angenehm kühl - scheinbar ist gut gedämmt. Beide Daumen hoch!

    Ehemalige Mietswohnung

    Die Sauberkeit in der Wohnung war super. Die Wohnung war hell und freundlich gestaltet. Vermutlich ist die Auslastung nicht sehr hoch weswegen alles noch wie neu anmutet.

    Die Lage der Ferienwohnung, bei welcher es sich um eine ehemalige Mieterwohnung in einem Mehrfamilienhaus handelt, ist eher ungünstig. Weit vom Zentrum entfernt, welches nur mit einem fahrbaren Untersatz erreichbar ist. Das Haus bzw. die Treppenaufgänge benötigen aus unserer Sicht eine Verjüngungskur. Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig und laut - man bekommt viel von den anderen Mietern mit. Die kleinen Nachbarn waren sehr zeitig wach und laut. Ein Parkplatz ist nicht vorhanden - den P. hinter dem Haus zu nutzen ist strikt untersagt, weswegen man seeeehhhrrr lange ein Plätzchen suchen muss und vielleicht Glück hat sich irgendwo reinquetschen zu können. Mir fehlte das persönliche des Gastgebers. Persönlichen Kontakt gab es absolut nicht. Vom Gastgeber erhielten wir zwei Emails - für den checkin/ checkout. Der Duschvorhang ist nicht unser Ding - beim Duschen schmiegt dieser sich an die Beine.
