    Worst experience. Worst treatment.

Worst experience of our trip in Switzerland. The apartment had an unpleasant smell that made our family uncomfortable from the first night. We contacted the host immediately and initially received understanding and supportive responses. In addition, the bed was very uncomfortable and noticeably uneven, which made sleeping difficult. Photos have been provided. We left after only one night and did not use the remaining two nights. What disappointed us most was not only the condition of the apartment, but the way the situation was handled afterwards. The understanding shown at the beginning was later replaced by completely different explanations when we requested a refund for the unused nights. Unfortunately, this was not the experience we expected, and I hope future guests do not find themselves in a similar situation.
