No es un alojamiento para pasar horas (limpieza, mobiliario, colchón inadecuados)
La localización para mi es buena, la calle tranquila. En otro orden de cosas, tiene productos de limpieza, aire acondicionado (ruidoso porque el aparato exterior está en el mismo balcón y el aislamiento acústico no es muy bueno), el alojamiento tiene buen olor.
La relación calidad-precio no es ajustada. La limpieza deja mucho que desear. Se lo transmití al propietario pero no pareció darle importancia alguna .No hubo tampoco disculpas: una gran telaraña está en el techo encima de la cama, una telaraña con bichos; las sábanas tienen manchas; las cortinas tienen lamparones; en la cocina, el cajón de los cubiertos está sucio; etc. No es confortable porque no hay un sofá o un sillón donde sentarse; el colchón es muy viejo y muy malo, propio de un antiguo campamento para adolescentes, pero produce dolores en la espalda. Debiera renovarse. Tampoco hay luces indirectas. Ni siquiera la mesa tiene una lámpara. Por otro lado, tener que hacer el check-out a las 10 am como máximo es incómodo.

Overall it was nice.
The apartment is very nice, the bed was comfortable, the view onto the street was beautiful, and the building is very quiet. I also liked the neighborhood a lot.
The key box was not easy to locate. The instructions did not specify that it is on the bike rack. There were many bikes, and the key box was not visible. In addition, the door to the balcony did not open, and there was no lock mechanism that I could find. I was not sure if it is broken? I tried very hard to open it but did not want to damage anything. It would have been nice to sit on the balcony.
