  Super Lage direkt bei der Bahn. Die Wohnung resp. das Haus sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Trotzdem ist die Wohnung sauber, gemütlich und v.a. sehr praktikabel und in gutem Zustand. Die Küche ist mit allem nötigen ausgestattet was Kochutensilien anbelangt. Es gibt ausreichend Geschirr, Besteck und Pfannen. Auch eine kleine Abwaschmaschine und ein Mikrowellenofen sind vorhanden. Gewürze leider keine, wie meist in solchen Wohnungen. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus nach dem „first come first serve Prinzip“ (im März war immer etwas frei). Zur Wohnung gehört ein abschliessbarer Skischrank im Skikeller. Ebenfalls gibt es eine Waschmaschine im Haus, welche über ein App bedient werden muss (haben wir nicht genutzt). Operativ vor Ort wird man durch Alpvision Residences betreut, welche eine Rezeption im Haus mit eingeschränkten Öffnungszeiten haben. Bei Fragen helfen die netten Damen gerne weiter. Bei Alpvision Residences muss vor Anreise auch das Depot hinterlegt werden (CHF 450 über Kreditkarte) und die Kurtaxe beglichen werden.

  Leider war es sehr heiss in der Wohnung und wir konnten nirgends die Temperatur regulieren. Entsprechend mussten wir unnötig oft die Fenster öffnen. Bettwäsche und Frotteetücher müssen mitgebracht oder vorgängig separat gebucht werden bei Alpvision Residences (CHF 30 pro Set).

  Good location and price, otherwise: don’t expect lots of comforts

  Location.

  Certainly not 4-bookingdotcom-stars. We had a 1 bedroom apartment facing the slopes with a nice, large balcony. Very basic accommodation. Purely functional, no atmosphere (that’s personal of course) and not furnished with a guest’s comfort in mind, eg no comfortable chairs, a hard sofa and only very bright lights/lamps in the apartment. Good to know: Contrary to what was stated in the info there’s just a microwave with a grill (Bauknecht EMCCD5260), not an oven, so even heating up a pizza is not really possible. Apartment not clean at all, hair and dust everywhere, eg on the floor and between and under the bed, even though every guest pays a cleaning fee. For your reference: The poor cleanliness felt like a cheap USA road motel. At some times no hot water (they use a boiler for the entire building, which can run dry when everyone wants hot water at the same period, eg when the ski slopen close for the day). Staff okay but no effort towards hospitality upon check-in/out, just a purely functional approach to contact. Contrary to what is stated inside the apartment there is no working 24/7 emergency contact. I called the stated number for a technical issue early evening one day (front desk had closed already), noone picked up, and they called me back the next day at noon.. Good to know: there’s a nice small pathway out the ski locker room, which brings you (with a flight of stairs) to the slope a few steps from the gondola, which is very convenient.
