    Co z tego, że łazienka jest z XX wieku ale zadanie spełnia, jeśli jest obszerny balkon z widokiem za milion dolarów! Gdyby eBooking przyznawał punkty za widok, ten apartament dostałby 50! Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, ciepła woda, wygodne łóżka, salon z wygodną rogówką a na wspomnianym balkonie stoły, krzesła, leżaki. Bezproblemowy kontakt z właścicielem, błyskawicznie udzielał odpowiedzi na pytania...stąd się nie chce wyjeżdżać.

    Super gelegene Ferienwohnung mit grandiosem Ausblick

    Der wunderbare Panorama-Ausblick, hoch oben auf den Gardasee. Moderne Wohnzimmereinrichtung, solide Küchenausstattung. Gute und unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter (WhatsApp). Tolle Terrasse mit Markisen und mit direktem Zugang ins Wohnzimmer und dem Hauptschlafzimmer. Diese beiden Räume sind dadurch sehr lichtdurchflutet.

    Leider ist die Hälfte der Ferienwohnung (1 Schlafzimmer, die Küche, das Badezimmer) mit dem Fensterblick in das Zugangstreppenhaus gelegen. Dadurch sehr dunkel. Die Rollos mussten zwecks Privatsphäre stets geschlossen bleiben, was darüber hinaus eine unkomplizierte Belüftung erschwerte. Die Müllentsorgung ist nicht optimal geregelt. Die Ferienhausanlage hat keine zentralen Mülltonnen. Eine Müllentsorgung war dann an den Entleerungstellen an den Straßen möglich. Man muss seinen Müll aber vorher im Auto rumschleppen (ungünstig bei viel Biomüll!). In der Saison ist es sehr schwierig mit der Parkplatzfindung nach 20:00 Uhr. Eine Parkplatzreservierung ist nicht möglich, aber es gibt eine Parkplatzinfokarte, sodass man die gekennzeichneten Hotelparkplätze von Le Balze mit nutzen kann. Bei Regen sollten sie Rollos vollständig geschlossen werden, da sonst Wasser eindringen kann.
