Prignitzer Sommerparadies
Wir waren zum zweiten Mal da und wieder das gleiche Urteil: Leider kann man nur 10 Punkte geben. Das Haus, der Garten, die liebevolle, praktische und angenehme Ausstattung an einem perfekten Sommerwochenende lassen keine Wünsche offen. Unbedingt empfehlenswert für Familien mit kleineren Kindern. Können ungefährdet spielen und Natur erkunden. Und wir Alten können so richtig die Seele baumeln lassen!

Horrific!!
The state of the accommodation was extremely unclean and completely disorganized—an unacceptable way to prepare a property for incoming guests. We arrived to find dirty laundry left in the basket, crumbs scattered across the kitchen counters, inside the cutlery drawers, and even in the toaster. The bedding was in such a poor state that my colleague refused to use it—and to make matters worse, the beds hadn’t even been made up. There was no toilet roll provided, yet the empty roll was still left on the holder. Additionally, there was no mention in the listing that the only access to the bathroom was through one of the bedrooms—an awkward and inconvenient setup for two colleagues sharing the living space. Despite Booking.com’s efforts to mediate the situation, the property owners have refused to take responsibility, even after being provided with extensive photographic and video evidence highlighting the severity of these issues. As if the above wasn’t bad enough, my colleagues woke up after an already terrible first night to discover a leak in one of the rooms. Following this incident, we were left with no choice but to arrange alternative accommodation—resulting in additional, unexpected expenses. When we requested a refund, the owners outright refused, claiming the property was in perfect condition for new guests—despite the overwhelming evidence clearly showing otherwise. Given the circumstances, I believe a full refund is more than justified.
