    House was ok

    Their problem is customer service. We were travelling for work. I asked for VAT invoice they said booking.com should do it. They don`t have it or don`t know their responsibilities. Also they sent me several emails and phone calls to I sign a rental agreement for the booking. This doesn`t make any sense. And on check out day they called me asking for house keys saying it wasn`t in safe place, and I was complete sure that I left there.
