    The apartment was clean and in a great area! Very close to the omni loop and Kaseya Center. Also, close to the subway stations and bus stops! Great place to stay in Miami. The owner allowed us to stay an additional hour to accomodate hour flight.

    Outstanding location, but the hidden resort fees, outrageous parking costs, and absurd pool experience, I will not be st

    Location

    Parking costs (outrageous), hidden resort fees. I selected this property because of the beautiful pool and the view. However, the pool experience was a complete debacle. First, when I arrived, I was charged $42 a night for resort fees, to use the “amenities.” The first night, I go to the pool, which closes at 7pm. That was bad enough, but they close the entire pool area, meaning, you can’t even relax by the pool at night and enjoy the views. Definitely not pleased. The first night I go to the pool, I was advised by a security guard, who was guarding the entrance to the pool area, that I was not permitted to bring in my water bottle. At first I thought it was a joke. I’ve stayed at multiple hotel/residences in downtown Miami, and I’ve never been refused because I have a water bottle. Other places I’ve stayed, I’ve enjoyed the pool area with a Red Bull or cup of coffee. But not here. I couldn’t believe it. After passing security to get to the pool, I observed a poor couple get absolutely berated by a manager and security guard because they brought in a water bottle. Again, absolutely surreal. After the argument, they dumped out the water. Without question, I will never stay here again. I will pick a place that actually allows you to enjoy the pool.
