    Not the long awaited vacation we needed

    The keypad entry was convenient, and the location is excellent—right in the city center with easy access to shops and other amenities. Overall, the apartment has great potential thanks to its location, but it is in need of some care, maintenance, and a thorough refresh. We hope the owner invests in the necessary improvements before welcoming future guests.

    The apartment looked great in the photos and description, but unfortunately the reality was very different. As soon as we entered the building, we were met with a strong smell of urine in the stairwell, which made reaching the apartment unpleasant. On the day of arrival we received a message explaining that toilet paper could not be flushed and had to be disposed of in an open bin next to the toilet. Inside, every floorboard creaked loudly, and the first night was uncomfortable as the bed squeaked with every movement. The next morning we discovered the bed slats were broken. To the owner's credit, they were replaced the same day, although the mattress itself was still worn out with noticeable springs. The kitchen was also in poor condition, with crooked cabinets, a broken handle, and loose cupboard doors. The window blinds were dirty and covered in old yellow stains.
