    Served its purpose, appropriate for the money. Some refreshment of fixtures would improve it.

    Given the location and proximity to our family in Melbourne, it was great to have somewhere close to stay. The property was perfect for our group, providing rooms for everyone and a comfortable sitting area. It was very quiet for a high density area. Close to shops.

    Check-in was later than advertised/ outlined with Booking.com, which was a problem because we had a 1-year-old baby who needed to rest. The cleaner was still in the property 1 hour after we were meant to have access. This was after requesting a potential early check-in due to the baby situation. Some of the bedding was tired and needed a refresh. There was some oil stains in the garage, that ended up on my wife's new sneakers (that didnt come off), which was cause for crisis and contributed to her unhappiness with the property.
