    A delightful property; dreadful management.

Bright, clean and comfortable apartment; very convenient for the main sights in the city.

Mixed messaging and much confusion made check in far more difficult and stressful than it should have been. Without any communication from the host team we returned one day to find the external lock had been changed! No warning and no new key. Only with help from someone in the street did we manage to get in. Zero response to our messages. Very scary and again very stressful.
