Bardzo przestronne, wygodne mieszkanie, wyposażone we wszystko co potrzebne. Niesamowity widok na część Faro, lagunę i wyspy barierowe, jak z widokówki. Okolica nowoczesna, sympatyczna, blisko do starówki - główna ulica handlowa Rua de Santo Antonia - 10 min spacerkiem, jak i sklepy na codzienne zakupu - Pingo Doce, Continente, czy Mercado Munucipal.
Hałas dobiegający z ruchliwej ulicy Avenida 5 de Octubro.
