  Reccomend!

  Quiet nice distance from town, wonderful view. House has a lot of space and all what you need. A true Tuscany dream with nice size pool and large garden. Nightswimm under the starts making it more magic. Lots of sitting and eating areas, outside and in. Inflatable swimming aids avalable, sunbeds and umbrellas at the pool. Lots of plates and glasses to use. Even though all cant be perfect it was all pretty close to perfect.

  The road was a real countryroad so low cars no good to drive, but not fault of property. No A/C and some of the fans what was in rooms to give some relieve wasnt working. Garbage drop off places all overfilled and we struggled to take our trash somewhere (county and goverment problem).

  Incredible! Hope to come back one day

  This villa is incredible! It is incredibly spacious, has great facilities and is perfect for a dreamy Tuscan stay. Almost every room has an en suite, which was great for our big group - and for any rooms that don’t, they can make use of one of the many other bathrooms in the property. The villa had a gorgeous pool area and grounds, BBQ facilities, a big table for us to all dine outside, and great cooking facilities in the kitchen. It’s in a quiet area outside of montepulciano, and only a few minutes drive into the town and close to a big shop where we were able to stock up on supplies for our stay. Montepulciano itself is gorgeous, with some amazing restaurants.

  Whilst there are no downsides to this property, it is worth noting two things - it has no air con, although there are multiple fans in every room which suited us all perfectly. The other thing is that it is about a 30 min walk uphill into montepulciano (and a bit further if you’re going to the old town). I wouldn’t advise staying unless you have a hire car for convenience. We did get a taxi into town one night, which set up back €40 for a 5 min drive, and taxis were hard to come by.

  Piękna Toskania

  Przepiękny widok z okien. Basen czysty i usytuowany w bardzo dobrym punkcie. Położenie willi jest też optymalne. Poza centrum miasteczka.
