  Un lieu pour se ressourcer

  L'emplacement au calme dans un environnement naturel est ressourçant. La bâtisse en bois est belle et se mêle très bien à l'environnement. La literie et les draps sont excellents. Ryoko est très agréable et serviable. Je conseille de prendre les repas en plus car Ryoko cuisine très bien et les plats sont présentés avec soin. La terrasse extérieure est appréciable. Un beau lieu pour se reposer et se ressourcer sans télévision.

  Il n'y a rien que je n'ai pas apprécié plutôt des points d'amélioration : - Un ou deux transats pour se poser dans le jardin serait un vrai plus. - une assise plus souple, plus confortable sur la terrasse à la place du banc - le prix reste élevé. Je pense que le prix pourrait me freiner pour y revenir malgré la bonne expérience locative

  We stayed here with our two children, they said it feels just like Bam and Kero’s treehouse! (バムとケロ) The room was comfortable, cozy, and welcoming. We also ordered dinner and breakfast for two days. For breakfast, we could choose between Japanese and Western-style options, and everything was thoughtfully prepared by the hosts. Some of the ingredients were even grown by the hosts themselves, allowing us to enjoy the natural and authentic flavors of the fresh ingredients. Our children absolutely loved staying here. On the day we checked out, they were so reluctant to leave! The hosts were also incredibly kind and helpful. Whenever we needed assistance during our independent trip, they responded quickly and helped us with everything we needed. Communication in English was also very smooth, which made our stay and travels much easier and more relaxing. One more thing we highly recommend is the forest trail within about a 10-minute walk from the inn. The scenery is beautiful, and it is a wonderful place for a walk and taking photos. This is a truly warm and charming place where you can enjoy both the hospitality of the hosts and the beauty of nature. We would definitely love to stay here again if we have the opportunity to return!

  Parfait et exceptionnel

  We stayed 4 nights at the Woodbegoodinn and it was a truly great moment during our Japan trip ! The place is very cozy and fits 4 persons very well, it is very well situated to enjoy the coastal life of Eastern Kyushu, with tons of good tips from Ryoko and Harry, and every day can start and end with delicious meals, cooked with passion and home-grown ingredients. Even the typhoon days became enjoyable times. What do you need more? Well more you will get eventually, because Ryoko and Harry are wonderful guests, whose care and attentions made a good time turn into great experience and memories ! Their attention started well before we arrived and continued after, and you can feel that it is natural and dear to their hearth. So if you're around don't hesitate to book, and if you're wondering why you should come to Nichinan for some days we'll now you know !!

  It’s a friendly, peaceful place but open restaurants are hard to find.

  It’s a beautiful cabin with a good bed, everthing clean and cozy. With the sound of frogs in the night and birds in the morning it’s wonderful to rest. A onsen is nearby where I met friendly locals. The owners of wood be good inn gave free tickets wich is a very nice gesture!

  At the moment trucks are passing because they are driving up and down to get wood from the forest. We found it realy difficult to find a place to have dinner. The recommendation list in the cabin did not help because it was a Google list wich is very unreliable with opening times. Almost everything we tried on the list wich said to be opened was closed. We drove witje the car for a long time. Maybe it’s better to bring Some dinner for the microwave wich is available to use.
