Είχε πολλές παροχές. Μεγάλο κρεβάτι, κλιματισμό και η τοποθεσία ήταν εύκολη και με πάρκινγκ δίπλα.
Ο νιπτήρας του μπάνιου ήταν μικρός. Είχε κάποιες φορές λίγο φασαρία.
